The community of Kulin welcome you to the country event of the year on 1-2-3 October 2010 as it celebrates the 16th year of this fabulous event. The famous Kulin Bush Races provides a great weekend packed full of fun for the whole family. Come to Kulin for a Kool weekend!
Staged at the picturesque setting of the Jilakin Races Track, 14 kilometres east of Kulin on the unique Tin Horse Highway, the Kulin Bush Races is the only race meeting that incorporates a natural arena of wildflowers.
Saturday’s festivities includes a six card horse racing program, kids, sheep and dog races, gymkhana, novelty events, children’s entertainment, live music, fireworks and delicious country style food all make for a wonderful weekends entertainment.
This is all followed by Sunday’s Great Aussie Revival Breakfast to finish off a unique weekend.
In between when you want to see something else there is the Kulin Art, Craft & Photography Exhibition, Competition and Sale of Works open all weekend at the Freebairn Recreation Centre in the centre of Kulin.
Event passes, including camping at the track, are $30 for Adults / $5 for kids under 18.

The Kulin race track is 300 km east of Perth and we meet at 4 for 4:30 pm on Friday at the Gosnells Council Offices and travel via Brookton to Corrigin for a pub meal and continue via the Tin Horse Highway to the Kulin Race track, arriving around 8:30 pm.
Alternatively make your own way there on Friday night or Saturday morning.
