Saturday 17th of October 2020 - Sat Cruise & Dinner - Elmar's in the Valley 17/10
Join us for a 120 km Cruise to “Elmar’s in the Valley” in Henley Brook.
Elmar and Anette Dieren came to Australia from Germany in 1987, bringing with them German machinery, knowledge, experience and a passion for small goods production. They opened their first store in Beaufort St, Highate, where they forged a name as one of the best small goods manufacturers in Perth.
In 2004, they started a Restaurant & Brewery in the Swan Valley. Elmar's in the Valley serve a number of Elmar's small goods on the menu, as well as award winning German beer, brewed on site to the Bavarian Purity Law, and they sell their German small goods as well!
The cruise will take us via Bickley and Paul’s Valley to Mundaring Weir for a regroup (and an ice-cream) before we head for Elmar’s via Mundaring, Stoneville and Gidgegannup and Reserve / Berry / Clenton / O’Brien’s Road and the big dipper.
We meet in the Burswood Car Park between Bolton Avenue, Glenn Place, Victoria Park Drive and Great Eastern Highway (Click here to view a map) at 9:00 and depart 9:30am sharp.
