The club’s Annual Dinner and Presentation will be held at the Saint George Hotel located on the corner of Morris Road and Barnes Street, Innaloo on Saturday evening 19 February 2022.  There is plenty of free parking.

For those new to the club: apart from enjoying ourselves and socialising with other members, the annual dinner is where the club presents awards and recognises those that have contributed to running the club over the year.

(Don't forget to bring a mask and your proof of vaccination.)

In order to finalise numbers with The Saint, nominations for attendance, menu selection and full payment are required by close of business on Wednesday 2nd February 2022.

The function will commence at 6:30 pm with members and their guests greeted with a complementary glass of champagne/soft drink and the opportunity to meet, greet and catch up with fellow Fivers. (This year to keep costs in line we will not be serving canapés)

We sit down at 7:00 pm for the annual dinner proceedings along with a 3 course meal. To keep costs in line, from this year, we require your menu selection with your RSVP. You can pre-order your choice of entree, main and dessert (see the Menu at the end of this post including the vegetarian options). Entree will be served at around 7:15 pm, Mains at around 8:00 pm and Desert after the conclusion of the Annual Dinner presentations. Drinks to accompany your meal will be available for purchase at the cash bar.

The dress standard is “smart-casual”.

The cost will be $ 35 for members and $ 60 for a partner or a guest.  Reserve your place now and select your menu items using the RSVP Link above stating how many places you want to reserve, the names of each person, the membership status for each person (members or non-member), the menu items selected for each person and the amount you are paying and the bank transfer reference (see below). The the bank transfer reference is critical, if we are are unable to track your payment with a correct bank transfer reference you will not be able to attend or receive a refund.
