Sunday 7th of August 2011 - Monthly Cruise UPDATE - Gidgegannup

The MX-5 Club cruise on the 1st Sunday of each month.

We meet at Burswood (click here to view a map) at 9AM for a 9:30 AM start.

The spell of stormy weather has now reached day eight over southwest WA and gales, showers and squally thunderstorms will continue for at least another 24 hours…

At this stage the forecast for the weekend is uncertain and it’s therefore been decided to abandon the planned Archery Run as it’s not much fun shooting arrows in the rain.

Instead we will be doing a 69 km scenic cruise through Lesmurdie, Kalamunda, Gooseberry Hill, Helena Valley, Boya, Darlington, Hovea, Parkerville and Stoneville which ends ~ 38 km from Perth at the Gidgegannup Bakery.
