Sunday 7th of September 2025 - Monthly Cruise Settlers House York

Join Michael Clowes on Father’s Day for a run through a wide range of backroads to York for Lunch at Settlers House.

This run has some good long fast stretches and it’s a good opportunity to give your cars a good run after winter and burn out all that carbon build up in the combustion chambers!

This cruise is split into 3 legs:
A first leg takes us from Midland Centrepoint Shopping Centre to Bakers Hill Pie Shop (79 km) for Morning Tea.

A second leg takes us from Bakers Hill to York for lunch at Settlers House York (76 km).
Settlers house has a good range of menus including seniors menu’s for those wanting a lighter lunch.

For those wanting to head back down the backroads after lunch, a third leg takes us from York to Dome Café in Mundaring down a different set of back roads (108 km) arriving 3:00 pm for optional afternoon tea and farewells.

We meet at Midland Centrepoint Shopping Centre, 309 Great Eastern Highway, Midland at 9 am for a 9:30 am start (click here to view a map).
Those wanting a coffee before the run, there is a new cafe across the the street BMT Garden Cafe.
