Sunday 28th of September 2025 - Dawn BreakFast Raid - York Medival Fayre
Join us on a spirited 110 km drive along some winding back roads for members who don’t mind rising a bit early to the York Medieval Fayre, a colourful celebration of all things Medieval! Ever seen a catapult? Want to try archery? Here's your chance! With interesting stalls selling food, drinks and items that reflect the time period.
Watch the artisans at work, see snakes and raptors, old world crafts and weapons displays. One of the biggest and most exciting attractions on the day is seeing knights in full armour sword fighting with full intent!
Entry to the Fayre is $15 cash, 100% of gate taking go to charity.
The drive includes sections of the Pipeline Heritage Trail and takes us via Stoneville, Mount Helena, Chidlow, Wooroloo and Wundowie to the Bakers Hill Pie Shop for breakfast. We continue to York via Clackline, Mokine, Spencers Brook and Muresk to York.
We meet at Midland Centrepoint Shopping Centre, 309 Great Eastern Highway, Midland at 7 am for a 7:30 am start (click here to view a map). Cruise notes are available by email for members so you can load them into your GPS. If you would like a set, click this Cruise Notes Request Link
