08/02/19 - Motorsport Series 10
Planning for Series 10 is well underway. We did want fixtures finalised by now but negotiations with the venues is still continuing. Again this series you are looking at a ten round series with your best score at each venue counting. It is possible to win the championship by only doing one round at each venue. Work or play should not stop you entering. The class structure remains the same. All conditions remain the same except that Class D will all run on Nankang AR-1 tyres only. Classes attached below. We are working for a full series entry fee of less than $500 if we get 34 entrants and about $360 if we get 44 entrants.
I am making a big call for female members to enter. No previous experience is required. Age is no limit. P platers are welcome. We need at least 6 female entrants to ensure that we have at least 4 competitors in the class at each event. We really want to be able to keep this class. Class W is for women competing in an unmodified MX-5 on street tyres. No special equipment is required for your car. Ladies please enter.
Things are going to happen fast, very soon. We have been offered the Barbagallo skid pad for Sunday February 24th which is only 2 weeks away. Due to the track resurfacing, starting from March Barbs is very heavily booked so it is highly likely we will take up this date. Be ready, action will be required next week in any case.
What I need right now!
If you plan to enter for Series 10 reply email now with the class you will be entering.
You to actively encourage a female to enter.
